Get bill help with OnTrack
Winter, like summer, is a season of high energy demand and higher electric bills.
If you find yourself behind, or know someone in that situation, PPL’s OnTrack assistance program could be just the solution. OnTrack offers reduced monthly payments and an opportunity for debt forgiveness, so you can maintain uninterrupted electric service.
A network of community agencies helps us administer the program to those whose incomes make them eligible.
Peace of mind can be a phone call away. Applying is simple. Call us at 1-800-342-5775 (1-800-DIAL-PPL).

I was just approved for on track program. I have several questions:
Concerning debt forgiveness – Is debt considered income and will I be taxed? Will my credit be affected?
Usage – What if it’s much higher or lower than calculations were based on?
Supplier – does supplier stay the same?
Termination – Can I leave the program at any point? How does that work and what are the consequences if I do?
Billing – currently I’m paperless. Will I still get billed through text?
Thanks
Good Morning Joanne, please call us to review these questions. You can reach us at 1-800-342-5775. Thank you!
