Chat allows us to reach out to those on our website and let them know we’re there if they need us.
Our representatives won’t be performing business transactions via live chat. However, they will be able to answer a question you might have on other topics, such as our website’s self-service features. If you need more assistance, you’ll be scheduled for a call back from customer service.
When live chat is available, you’ll see a pop-up window asking you if you want assistance. You can then initiate a chat, or decline.
