When live chat is available, you’ll see a pop-up window asking you if you want assistance. You can then initiate a chat, or decline.
Can you please tell me we’re our second refund check is. Was told last week it was in the mail. Well as of today, June 11, 2019 at 4:30pm has not come. Can you please check status of this matter. Thank you.

Why hasn’t my fiance received a bill yet? When we try to go online to our account it won’t let us due to the fact that we do not have a recent bill. We were never sent one yet and we been at our house since July 19th.
