What’s your due date?
As part of our You Ask, We Answer social media campaign, we’re answering some of the most frequent questions we get from customers. Here’s one about billing:
Can I have the due date to pay my monthly bill changed?
If you don’t have a past due balance and would like to request a permanent due date change to better suit your schedule, you can request the change with a customer service representative by calling 1-800-DIAL-PPL (342-5775).
You’ll receive a letter in the mail if your request has been approved. The change itself may take a month or two to implement.
