Can I make a payment without mailing it in?

To make paying your bill as convenient as possible, we offer a variety of ways to do it, in addition to traditional U.S. mail.

You can make a payment free of charge with a checking or savings account on our website, through our Automatic Bill Pay service, or over the phone with a representative.

You can pay cash at one of the authorized bill payment centers listed on our website for a service fee of $2. You can also make a payment through the credit card vendor, Bill Matrix, online or over the phone for a service fee of $3.95.
