Cut back on clutter around the house, and help feed the less fortunate. Sounds like a good deal, right?
Thousands of our customers thought so. They signed up for paperless billing during the November and December holiday season, when we promised to donate two meals to a food bank for every customer who switched to paperless.
The holiday season is over, but the community assistance is just beginning.
We’re making financial donations to Second Harvest Food Bank, Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and Lancaster County Council of Churches. Between them, these organizations cover substantially all of our service territory in central and eastern Pennsylvania. They will use our donations to acquire food for more than 30,000 meals that will help those in need.
Meanwhile, it’s not too late to take advantage of the convenience of paperless billing. If you haven’t switched, visit pplelectric.com/paperless to learn more and sign up.
