Moving to a new home can be stressful, so we’re offering our customers a free service to make the process easier.
When residential customers call us to set up their electric service — whether for the first time or when moving — they now will have the option to take care of their cable or satellite television, home phone, internet and home security services at the same time.
We’ve reached an agreement with Allconnect Inc., a company that helps millions of utility customers nationwide save time and money on home services as they move into a new home. The service is optional and completely free to our customers.
With one phone call, customers can establish their new electricity account and get the option to speak with an Allconnect advisor who will review information on other services available at the new home or apartment, then place the customer’s orders and schedule installations.

On average, more than 200,000 of our residential customers set up new electric service or transfer their existing service each year.
