Throughout our 29-county service area, we’re investing in our delivery network to make our already strong service even more reliable. (We had our best-ever year for reliability in 2017. You can see all the details here.)
But what do those investments look like on a local scale?
Well, here’s a drone’s-eye view of one of the many projects that are helping customers. It’s a new distribution line that came into service in late 2017 in the area of Maytown, Lancaster County. The new line has already made a difference in helping us shorten the length of outages for 1,800 customers in the area.
