This year’s event will feature the following PPL speakers:

President Greg Dudkin

Bill Pettit, director-Supply Chain

Sandy Schrauger, manager-Supply Diversity

Kristine Maciolek Small, director of Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Management

They’ll discuss our supplier opportunities, highlight support from around the region, and explain how we’re expanding upon diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to benefit the people and businesses of the communities we serve.

The agenda will include a panel discussion about the benefits of building relationships with diverse suppliers and will detail the success story of one company that saw its business grow with the help of relationships forged during our 2020 conference.

Lastly, we’ll highlight the benefits of being a certified diverse business through presentations by representatives from three agencies – Eastern Minority Supplier Development Council, Women’s Business Enterprise Center – East, and Disability:IN. Attendees will learn about our preference for national certifications and how these agencies can help with certification.

We hope you can join us!
