I have air leaks in the windows and it’s always seems colder in the winter and hotter in the summers.

Is there a program that will cover the cost for home inspection to lower the energy bill cost?

I am very disappointed with PPL because I talked to the man that came out and replaced my shower head and my power strips and he told me about PPL Weatherization Program and when I called about it whoever answered the phone was not kind at all and told me to call 211. I was on hold for over an hour. I need some things done in my apartment can you please help me out. I’ve been a customer for a lot of years and never had this kind of problem. Thank you

I have inquired about the energy, saving program for homeowners and had given my income information. I was waiting to hear from them. I’m pretty sure it’s the wrap program if somebody could just respond or let me know where I can get some help. There a lot of draft coming in my home through different areas. My home is completely electric. Thank you

There is nothing that can improve my electricity cost when it comes to heat. This house is insulated like a old rotting log. There are drafts at both doors. All the doors are crooked! I’m not allowed to put plastic over the windows. My landlord will not do anything to improve the comfort of this shack. They dont care one bit.

some of these tips are very helpful such as vacuuming behind the refrigerator to help the refrigerator perform more efficiently. I will be using my lamps more often instead of the overhead lighting and.. yes, I made sure to use only LED lightbulbs!

I get the statement that tells me where my energy use is. It says “Air Cooling” constantly on, but we have had all of our air conditioners shut off for quite a while now
