    Scammer called today wanted acct. # said third party bill on my acct. she said this is PPL

We also advise notifying local law enforcement about any potential scams, so they can investigate further.

    This was a company we are getting solar from. Where do I get my tax id number from?

      Thank you for reaching out. If you are in the process of installing solar panels, and there is no SS# or Tax ID# on file, you will need to provide it to us. Please call customer service to add it to your account at 1-800-342-5775 and ask for the Energy Education department.
