    To whom it may concern == My PP&L bill is paid automatically from my checking account [Fulton Bank]. As of Sept 30, Fulton Bank is retiring acct numbers + routing #’s. My routing # = 031301422 // My account# =0077074760
    My attempt to convey this message via automated phone [800 #] was futile->lesson in frustration.

    I bank at Fulton Bank,and have autopay.My acct.no.is 40801-xxxxx. Keep the same number. Just drop the 5 off of the acct no.so i can keep my auto pyt.-and use number 40801xxxx Hopefully you can do this

    My Meter number is 30048xxxx

      Good Afternoon Parke, We reviewed your account and confirm it as actively on autopay. If there are any changes with the bank account information, you will need to speak to a Representative with updates. Representatives are available weekdays 8am-5pm at 1-800-342-5775 (say Billing) during the prompts. Thank you!
