    Why I am been charged another service fees of 50 just to transfer my electricity from my old address to w new address. You should take in consideration that we do make extra money except there was outstanding fees for the service?

    For us solar panel users, please allow a carryover of banked megawatts to a maximum amount instead of payback twice a year. You payback in November and I would like to use my balance in winter.

    We have triple insulated glass windows, 2 electric hot water heaters essentially used only in summer ( very occasionally in winter but water turned off at panel after a few days usage)
    2 heat pump systems ( up/down) for 2500 sq ‘ house set at 55 when not in use.
    Air conditioned in summer, again carefully set as each bed room & living rm has 5 speed ceiling fans – tell us why we have nearly $1000k per month winter bills?

    What are we doing wrong?
    Also have interior insulated walls & R 70 floors with carpet & large rugs, heavy insulated interior doors – not like we haven’t paid attention to heat loss, eventho warmer climate prevails

    My bill was only $109.00 this month will I still have to pay $152.00…or will it be lower? Also 2 times I put in that I need my due date changed to the 20th of the each month and it still wasn’t changed . I requested it 1st in July. Please respond. Thankyou

    I consult many friends and neighbors and have spoken before over 30 groups such as Rotary, church groups, etc. My presentation is “Understanding your Electric Bill and Shopping Wisely”. I have customers bring their bills to the meeting. First I review the PUC WEBSITE “papowerswitch.com” and then review a PPL bill. Most high bills are the result of excessively high kwh hourly charges from power related suppliers. PPL NEEDS to do more to warn customers of excessively high kwh hour charges from suppliers.

    I signed up with clean choice energy for one year of service. I,was given a confirmation code when I finished. The next day I got an email that I hadn’t finished and to go to a link to that. But it was one third more in price. I feel this may be a scam. Do you have any ideas?

    I feel like this is the worst State I ever been. I think they are just taking money from people who don’t even have it for no reason at all. I paid for my gas separately and my electricity still becomes more than $200 a month. We are not even home all the time. I don’t cook much. I would like to know what is it I got changed for?
    I don’t even have enough to pay yet I think I have to pay for the entire community.
    $200 a month just for electricity I don’t used much and almost $200 for gas. What is going on? I think someone just sits there and thinks of what they going to charge this certain person and just charged. No one checked what people used or not. God will judge you people.
    Just because you know we have to use it regardless so you just do whatever to people.

    Trying to set up an online account. Every single time I use step one to verify I am a ppl customer, it says ‘we’re sorry, we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later’…and of course, the automated phone line is zero help.
